Dorchester Restaurant located on the Red Line is seeking a dynamic Chef to run the daily operations of a 75-seat Italian Restaurant. Individual should be self-motivated, creative, well-versed in modern and classic Italian cuisine. This location is a scratch kitchen with fresh made pasta, pizza & full bar. Strong focus on takeout.
Individual should possess the following skill sets: inventory, ordering, large repertoire of Italian recipes, be well organized, have some experience in functions and off premise events, not afraid of the front of the house, have high integrity, strong desire to build sales and be a strong team member and leader. Spanish is a plus.
