The Tatte Café Head Chef and Sous Chef manage the fast-paced energy and high volume in the café by overseeing all kitchen operations in a specified café. The Café Head Chef and Sous Chef are responsible for the overall success and growth of the savory kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. The Chef and Sous Chef will work side by side with a savory team of about 25 individuals by leading and inspiring them to exceed guest’s expectations at every opportunity by creating amazing savory dishes from scratch while upholding the execution of Tatte service and product standards.

Your recipe for success:
- Cafe Head Chef must have 3-5 years and the Sous Chef must have 1-2 years of progressive culinary/kitchen experience management experience, depending upon formal degree or training within a high-volume sophisticated restaurant operation.
- Proven passion for culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations.
- Love amazing food and people.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
