Talulla, Cambridge’s intimate upscale dining destination, is looking to expand its family with a competent cook who can quickly move into a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef role. Talulla is a from scratch kitchen with a menu that changes with the season. This is an opportunity to work in a restaurant where there is room for creativity, collaboration and growth. They are a small team where everyone is considered part of the family.
They would like someone who has at least 3 years of management experience in a from scratch kitchen. The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to be a chef that wants to open their own restaurant someday. This person would be well rounded in many different styles of cuisine and baking and pastry.
Despite the pandemic, they have managed to stay incredibly busy at the restaurant and you will be expected to become an integral part of the team from day 1.
