They are a small team of 7 at Talulla. If you join them, you’ll be joining a tight knit family where you get to work side by side with the chef owner. This is a collaborative role in a tiny space where the menu changes every day. Creative juices are welcome, as they’ll need to come up with new wine pairings and original cocktails on the regular. The ideal candidate should be a self starter and will bring new ideas to the table. Grace, empathy, determination and warmth are all traits that are important to succeed in this role. They are willing to train the right person. This is a salaried position with PTO and bonus incentives.
