They are looking for a hard working, creative and eager individual, who can be an integral part of menu development, purchasing & food costs.

Do you have an interest in whole animal butchery (veal, pigs, lambs), and using all the bits and pieces? Charcuterie, preserving, and hand-made pastas? The opportunities and possibilities are whatever is tasty.

  • 5 day work week – with a competitive salary
  • $600/ year in continuing education (cookbooks, knives, fancy dinners out)
  • 2 weeks paid vacation
