Sycamore – Line Cook

Sycamore is hiring a line cook

The company is growing and so is its team.

What we need you to bring to the table:

  • Team player
  • Can do attitude
  • Desire to constantly grow and expand your culinary repertoire
  • Experience in fine dining 3-5 years

Additional abilities, but can/will be taught:

  • Butchering whole animals, and fish
  • Charcuterie: sausages, confits, smoking, etc.
  • An interest in sharing your knowledge in all of the above
