Must have a flexible schedule and weekends are a must. They are looking for an energetic Sous Chef with a passion for cooking, learning, and making people happy. They take their food seriously and hope you do too. They use only the best ingredients, buying all natural/organic as much as possible, and buy from local farms when in season. They are looking for someone who is accepting of feedback to help them grow, and will work well in a true team environment.
Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced workplace, and cleanliness is key. Prior experience in kitchen management is necessary.
