Alcohol Events Manager – SoWa Boston

Sup! Organic Hard Seltzer is in search of the ideal team member to lead their troops in to battle at SoWa Boston for the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons of 2019.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a team of 5-8 in a high-volume beverage sales environment. Sup! will be featured in multiple locations across SoWa for the entirety of the 2019 season, selling both packaged products to go and ready to drink cans in various areas around the market.

They’re looking for candidates with an FOH background to ensure their team is positioned to connect with and excite potential customers. Significant annual foot traffic at SoWa makes this a high-volume environment, they seek energetic personalities that are up to the challenge of fast paced sales paired with personable service.

The ideal candidate is willing to commit to 26 Sundays of 8-5 work, with flexible breaks during the summer as coordinated with their VP of sales (they envision 3 weeks on, 1 week off). In addition to on site time the candidate should be available to aid in the planning of their activations, hiring and training of staff, and marketing efforts. This position will be compensated a generous hourly salary and has the opportunity to grow in to a full-time marketing and events management position within the company.

Sup! is the first USDA Organic hard seltzer, launching across MA in April 2019. Their first opportunity to make a splash in the market will be their events across SoWa Beer Garden and Farmers Markets, beginning in May. They are a Boston based operation with founding members from the restaurant and craft alcohol industries. They seek hungry, team oriented players who want to grow with a team of driven individuals.
