Currently looking for an experienced Line & Prep Cooks.
Strangers and Saints is a seasonal business, April – Jan, open 7 days a week during high season. Offering competitive pay and housing may be available.
The position requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment. Also:
• LINE COOK – FULL TIME, 6 days a week
o 1 year experience cooking on a fine dining line
o Ability to cross train across stations
o Understanding of cooking fundamentals
o Assist in setting up stations
o Prepare and plate food based on chef guidance
o Advanced knife skills including fish and meat butchery a plus
• PREP COOK – FULL TIME, 6 days a week
o General knife work including chopping and vegetable breakdown
o Follow recipes
o Cookery: vegetables, meats, grilling, frying
o Time management
o Food safety and sanitation: ServSafe Certification required
