As Executive Chef, you will direct and organize all front and back of the house activities of the Food and Beverage operation for the hotel. The ideal candidate would fill the leadership role over the Culinary, Food and Beverage and Banquet departments, maintaining our high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising, while maximize profits.
