Steel & Rye in Milton Lower Mills is hiring an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. Steel & Rye is truly a unique operation, featuring a full-scale bakery, wood-fired oven, and a thriving dinner operation.
The restaurant is well established, well staffed and provides an excellent platform for learning and growth in the hospitality industry. Our company grew by over 40% in 2022 and continues to grow through 2023!
The Assistant General Manager position will work directly with our GM, Chef and Ownership to lead our team. A management professional looking for an opportunity to grow and learn in an environment that executes high volume with a dedication to quality products and exceptional hospitality is a good fit for this position.
