State Park is hiring a Line Cook!
State Park is a restaurant disguised as a bar, the food is prepared with passion, creativity and commitment to quality. Their menu is influenced by fine dining, modern gastronomy, dive bars, classic techniques and nostalgic family dining. They are looking for a passionate and experienced line cook, looking to learn and grow. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well organized and has a commitment to excellence. The Line Cook is responsible for working a station as a member of a team, while keeping with their standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness. Qualified candidates will have some experience in a kitchen-driven or fine-dining environment. They will have a solid understanding of prep, set up and break down of a station, working service, and cleaning the kitchen at the end of service.
