New Opening at Stanzy’s!!! Country Music Bar & Down South Kitchen seeking experienced executive sous chef/ sous chef. Candidate will need 3+ years running hi volume mid to large size kitchens. Candidates MUST have experience in new restaurant openings. Applicants should be skilled, professional, motivated individuals with experience in a high volume kitchen with an emphasis on quality, service, & teamwork. Candidates will work closely with the ownership group. You will be an integral part of a motivating and leading your team to ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things food, running a high energy, organized, structured, fun kitchen and an eagerness to be a team player. Knowledge of Southern Cooking is a plus! Position requires experience in kitchen sanitation, kitchen staffing, ordering, inventory and food cost controls are a must. This is a salaried full time position (50-60 hrs a week).
