Busy, well-known restaurant/bar in the North of Boston area seeking experienced executive chef. Candidates will need 3+ years running high-volume, small-to-mid-sized kitchens. Applicants should be skilled, professional, motivated individuals with experience in a high volume kitchen with an emphasis on quality, service, & teamwork.
Candidates will work closely with the ownership group. You will be an integral part of a motivating and leading your team to ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things food, running a high energy, organized, structured, fun kitchen and an eagerness to be a team player.
Position REQUIRES experience in kitchen sanitation, kitchen staffing, ordering, inventory and food cost controls are a must.
This is a salaried full time position.
