Located in the South End, SRV is a Venetian inspired bacaro serving Northern Italian food.
They are seeking a full time, evening pastry plater to join their hard working and fun team!
Their pastry department is headed by Executive Pastry Chef, Meghan Thompson who loves mixing savory with sweet and changing the menu seasonally. The dessert menu consists of house made gelatos, sorbettos, and a variety of plated desserts. They also have developed a in house bread program, all made with house milled flour, to compliment their made from scratch pastry program.
Ideal candidates should have some experience working in a professional kitchen and have the desire to learn about different cooking/baking techniques in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends are a must!
SRV was voted Boston’s best Italian restaurant in 2016 & 2017 by Boston Magazine and was a semi-finalist for a James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant.
