SRV is a Venetian inspired restaurant located in the South End of Boston. Applicants should be excited about working in a from-scratch kitchen using the best quality ingredients. The pasta station is fast paced and requires organization, efficiency and hard work. As a member of their team, you will be required to manage your own station including monitoring the pars and production of all fresh pasta using flour milled 100% in house. No previous experience cooking pasta is required, but is recommended.
