SRV – Guest Relations Manager

SRV, the Coda Group’s award-winning Venetian-inspired restaurant,  is seeking a Guest Relations Manager. The Guest Relations Manager role encompasses various aspects of operation and execution in the FOH.

The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for managing FOH support staff, including hiring, training and continued education. Further responsibilities include direct leadership of the host team, managing reviews and cultivating relationships with new guests and loyal regulars alike. Ideal candidates will have an innate sense of hospitality, empathy and humility coupled with strong work ethic and desire to lead. Applicants should embrace an F&B culture rooted in integrity, creativity and discipline with a foundation of educational programs. They will possess great organizational and prioritization skills. A minimum of one year prior management and lead host or maitre’d experience is required, fine dining experience is preferred.
