The Coda Group’s award winning, Venetian inspired restaurant, SRV, is seeking a Chef De Cuisine to join their team. Located in the South End of Boston, SRV is a dinner only restaurant open 7 days a week focusing on modern interpretations of classic Venetian dishes. The Chef de Cuisine position works alongside chef/partners Kevin O’Donnell and Michael Lombardi as well as Pastry Chef Meghan Thompson. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Italian cuisine and at least 3 years of management experience.They pride themselves in making flavorful, thoughtful food from scratch with a focus on quality ingredients and technique in a professional environment. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for day to day operations of the kitchen including; hiring, training, schedule writing, menu development, food and labor costs, quality control and managing a team of 20 BOH employees.
