Sportello – Sous Chef

Sportello is seeking a qualified Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. Italian for “counter service,” Sportello is a modern interpretation of the classic trattoria, offering a menu of traditional Italian dishes and handmade pastas for lunch and dinner.

Applicants should possess a passion for classic Italian cuisine, both regional and seasonal. They should have experience dealing with inventory, costing, menu development, general kitchen management and training and overseeing staff. A minimum of 4 solid years kitchen experience is required.
