They are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join the team at Sportello. Italian for counter service, Sportello is a modern interpretation of the classic trattoria, offering a menu of traditional Italian dishes and handmade pastas for lunch and dinner. Applicants should possess a passion for food, discipline, and education as well as be able to demonstrate competent knife skills and general kitchen safety.
