Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, an iconic fine dining steakhouse with six locations across the US, seeks a Saucier for it’s Boston-Atlantic Wharf location. The Saucier is responsible for the production of all sauces, stocks, dressings, etc. The saucier will also be responsible for assisting the Chef team with various prep kitchen work including hors d’oeurves production.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Saucier or Sous Chef role for a high volume fine dining food service restaurant
- Must have a palate for combining flavors and textures with strong knowledge of classical steak house preparations
- Must be very organized and self-motivated as well as have the ability to multi-task
