Shrewsbury Streets casual restaurant, simjang, a korean fried chicken and tiki cocktail bar seeks an experienced culinary kitchen manager to oversee daily operations of the back of house. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ordering, scheduling, ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas and proper storage of inventory. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, good knowledge of health department regulations, and have worked in fast paced kitchen environments before.
