Shy Bird is a cafe, rotisserie and bar open all day in Kendall Square. They are opening in July and are actively hiring for all roles. Positions available include Management, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Counter Team, Servers & Runners, Baristas, and Bartenders. All positions are available both full and part time.

Please note that all non-management roles are hourly rate with a share of either gratuity or administrative fee pool. They believe this compensation approach supports sustainable wages and schedules, and growth for the entire team. It also aligns with their goals of heavily cross-training throughout the restaurant and each position supporting the others.
