Shore Leave – Sous Chef

Shore Leave, a tropical hideaway located in Boston’s Ink Block neighborhood, is currently hiring a Sous Chef.

Shore Leave’s menu encompasses a high level sushi program in partnership with their omakase counter No Relation. They also serve a variety of casual bar food such as burgers, wings, tater tots, and Asian inspired snacks and plates.

Shore Leave needs a Sous Chef to work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to communicate the needs of their sushi bar, hot kitchen and the omakase at No Relation. This position is ideal for someone who is excited to learn about sushi and traditional Japanese fish preparation. As well as opportunities to grow within the space as they continue to expand their program in the coming months.

Candidates should have previous experience managing a high volume kitchen or high level execution from a fine dining background. They are willing to train and teach the person with the right attitude and drive to learn.
