Shore Leave is now accepting resumes for a full time Sous Chef.
A large tiki bar serving food inspired by the Pacific Rim, Shore Leave is their interpretation of a tropical escape, through the lens of their love for Boston’s rich dining scene. Named after a sailor’s leisure time on dry land, Shore Leave’s tropical concoctions aim to transport guests away from the hustle and bustle of city life — thus, their goal is to host a convivial, neighborhood tiki party, seven nights a week!
Like their sister restaurants Bar Mezzana, Black Lamb, and No Relation, Shore Leave will be a collaborative environment that fosters education and growth on every level. They are seeking those who are of similar mind and will strive to exceed their guests’ expectations through hard work, passion, kindness and originality. They want to create a team that is proud of what they put forth and their greatest hope is for Shore Leave to provide a unique respite within their community.
Candidates should have some previous high-volume cooking experience, but they are happy to train the right person. Most importantly, they’re looking for those who share their dedication to hospitality, their excitement for food & cocktails, and their respect for those who work alongside us.
