Shore Leave is now accepting resumes for Chef de Cuisine.
A large tiki bar serving food inspired by the Pacific Rim, Shore Leave is their interpretation of a tropical escape through the lens of their love for Boston’s rich dining scene. Named after a sailor’s leisure time on dry land, Shore Leave’s tropical concoctions aim to transport guests away from the hustle and bustle of city life — thus, their goal is to host a convivial, neighborhood tiki party, seven nights a week!
Like their sister restaurant Bar Mezzana, Shore Leave will be a collaborative environment that fosters education and growth on every level. They are seeking those who are of similar mind and will strive to exceed our guests’ expectations through hard work, passion, kindness and originality. They want to create a team that is proud of what they put forth, and their greatest hope is for Shore Leave to provide a unique respite within our community.
Candidates should have some previous high-volume cooking experience, but they are happy to train the right person. Most importantly, they’re looking for those who share our dedication to hospitality, their excitement for food & cocktails and their respect for those who work alongside us.
