Serafina is looking for experienced Pizza Cooks as well as Chefs to join the management team of their quickly growing operation.
Executive Sous/Executive Chef will be subjected to a position with opportunity to grow and progress quickly. Two locations are open in Boston, with counter service concept in the city as well as an additional Serafina in Providence, RI next year.
Ideal applicants should have:
- knowledge of managing inventory, food cost, labor
- food safety skills and certifications
- experience and/or interest in working a multi-venue role
- the ability to work on your feet for longer days, while balancing it with organizing and executing office/administrative tasks
- interest in positively enforcing training material and keeping your management team/lead cooks progressing and learning
- creative influence to work with FOH and BOH on food education as well as weekly specials
