Scampo is looking for a Sous Chef with 2 – 4 years of experience.
Candidate should have strong organization skills and attention to details.
He/She should be able to work under pressure and should have the ability to execute multiple menus ( Brunch, lunch and dinner).
He/She “must” have a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
This is a very high volume white table cloth restaurant owned and operated by one of the most Premier Chefs in Boston.
