Sarma restaurant is looking for a line cook to join their team in Somerville. Sarma serves small plates, or meze, inspired by the unique flavors and spices of the Eastern Mediterranean in a casual, upbeat neighborhood atmosphere. They are looking for a passionate, even-tempered person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, but conscientious environment. This is a great opportunity for a cook who wants to broaden their kitchen experiences and learn more about spices, unusual ingredients and Middle Eastern cooking techniques.
At least 3 years line experience and/or a culinary education is appreciated, but not required.
