Positions Available – Full Time – Service Supervisor

Saltbox Kitchen is a Café and Brewery offering seasonal, globally-inspired dishes featuring fresh produce from Saltbox Farm, also located in Concord. They believe in cooking and eating the freshest, healthiest food grown and made with care by many local farmers and artisans. Saltbox Kitchen offers breakfast, lunch and early dinner, casual table service and extensive prepared foods to go are available. The Saltbox Kitchen menu is a seasonal selection of New England farm cuisine, inspired by the seasons as well as worldly cuisines. Saltbox Kitchen is also an in-house venue option and is the home base for the Saltbox catering operation. Their farm, Saltbox Farm, also located in Concord, supplies the restaurant with fresh vegetables, herbs, flowers, lamb and honey during the growing season. They have also opened a brewery recently using hops grown from the farm.


  • Previous Supervisory Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Food, Wine, Cocktails and Craft Beer
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Works well in a team setting and motivates others
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to coach, train, mentor and counsel team members and facilitates their development.
