Salt Water Events / Boston Harbor Cruises:

Sous Chef: Salt Water Events is looking for a talented, experienced Sous Chef. This position will be responsible for leading a team onboard one of Boston Harbor Cruises charter vessels for daily banquets. In this role you will be responsible for the daily execution and operations of events on the high seas. In this truly unique position you will get to work on deck in a fully operational galley kitchen while you work on the water! You will also split your time on some of the Boston Harbor Islands for private events. Their commissary kitchen is a quick 10 minute walk from Sullivan Square T station. This will be a fun position with food by Chef Barbara Lynch and expert sailing by Boston Harbor Cruises. This is a full time salaried position with benefits.

Charge Chef: Salt Water Events is looking for Charge Chefs. This position will be responsible for working with and leading a team onboard one of Boston Harbor Cruises charter vessels for daily banquets. In this truly unique position you will get to work on deck in a fully operational galley kitchen while you work on the water! You will also split your time on some of the Boston Harbor Islands for private events. Their commissary kitchen is a quick 10 minute walk from Sullivan Square T station. Events Cook: Salt Water Events is looking for Event Cooks. This position will be responsible for assisting the chef on duty for assorted banquet events. In this truly unique position you will get to work on deck in a fully operational galley kitchen while you work on the water! You will also split your time on some of the Boston Harbor Islands for private events. Their commissary kitchen is a quick 10 minute walk from Sullivan Square T station. This will be a fun position with food by Chef Barbara Lynch and expert sailing by Boston Harbor Cruises.

Kitchen Manager: Salt Water Events is looking for an evening Kitchen Manager. This position will oversee a small prep and dishwasher team to organize and execute an ever changing prep list for multiple banquet events. This position will require in depth organizational and prioritization skills. Their commissary kitchen is a quick 10 minute walk from Sullivan Square T station.

Prep Cook: Salt Water Events is looking for Prep Cooks. This position will be responsible for prepping high volume, high quality food for daily banquets. This position will utilize all common cooking methods and techniques with time sensitive parameters. A quick 10 minute walk from Sullivan Square T station.

Dishwasher: Salt Water Events is looking for Dishwashers. This position will be responsible for maintaining the dish room, trash and recycling areas in their commissary prep kitchen. You will also be exposed to assorted basic prep with opportunities to move up. A quick 10 minute walk from Sullivan Square T station.
