SALONIKI, Star Chef Jody Adams’, fast-casual Greek restaurant is looking for energetic, self-motivated, high energy General Managers ahead of a coming expansion.

2-5 Years of consistent Restaurant Management experience required for consideration.

If you’re kind, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and work well in a team-focused environment then they want you on the team!

As a General Manager at Saloniki, you will oversee all operations at your store and are ultimately responsible for the success and growth of the restaurant.

General Managers are responsible for the supervision of all Front and Back of House staff. You are expected to grow the business, enhance the brand and push your staff to deliver excellent hospitality.

A passion for amazing food and genuine hospitality are an absolute must. A GM, will be expected to perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing and development of their teams.

You should have strong communication skills and be able to adhere and follow through with all company policies and procedures.

This is a full time salaried position and will require weekends and holidays.

GM’s receive an extremely competitive compensation package, bonus structure and benefits, including health and dental insurance.
