Russell House Tavern – Dining Room Manager

Russell House Tavern is seeking an experienced manager. They are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and responsible individual to assist in managing the general operations of the restaurant. Applicants should have a genuine love of hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both guests and staff members.

Responsibilities include: managing staff members throughout their shifts and providing them with constructive feedback, training, scheduling and motivating staff, and organizing and planning nightly reservations. They seek someone who is a self-starter, and who is passionate about food, wine, craft beer, craft cocktails and service. Candidates must have a minimum of four years hospitality experience with at least one year of management experience. A degree in hospitality management is a plus but not necessary.
