RUKA, a popular restaurant located in the heart of Boston, MA, is currently seeking a part-time host to join our team. As a host at RUKA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth operations
- Provide a memorable dining experience for all guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Must be available to work on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
