RUKA is actively seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill bar back /bar prep position. The ideal candidate will have a professional work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to lead by example.
The Barback / Bar Prep role is a support role for the bar including, but not limited to, setting up the bar for service, preparing garnishes, stocking ice and ingredients, washing glassware, maintaining the bar top (filling waters, clearing plates, etc.), preparing juices/syrups/etc., and closing the bar. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, cleanliness, and a general sense of urgency throughout each shift.
