ABOUT RUBATO

Rubato is a modern quick service Hong Kong Cafe in Quincy, MA. Inspired by traditional Hong Kong and Cantonese street food, Rubato takes these culinary traditions and adds its own twist. Chef/Owner Laurence Louie has worked at Oleana in Cambridge, MA and was most recently the head chef of Kyseri and Oklava in London. Rubato is a family-owned business that hopes to build on a long legacy in North Quincy with its team.
