Row 34 – Sous Chef/Butcher

Row 34 is seeking a full-time Sous Chef/Butcher.

The core responsibilities would include fabrications & management of seafood.

Row 34 is a busy seafood restaurant in Boston, MA that is open for lunch and dinner with a daily changing menu. The job would include daily butchering of whole fish, managing inventories, expediting lunch or dinner service, smoking and curing of seafood.

Sous chef experience is required but they will teach the right person how to butcher seafood.

Candidates must be reliable, strong work ethic, perform well in a busy kitchen and work well on a team.
