Rosebud – Sous Chef

Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sous Chef.

This chosen candidate will join a professional team committed to excellence and consistency within a high volume atmosphere. The Sous Chef will work in conjunction with the chefs and management team with a variety of responsibilities ranging from employee development to product ordering, seasonal menu item testing, hands on involvement with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant etc.

The Sous Chef will influence:

  • meat and fish preparation
  • classic sauces & stocks
  • daily development and execution of food specials

The ideal candidate should possess a strong culinary background and organizational skills as well as a passion for leading a team. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food cost controls are a must. A minimum of 1 year previous experience as kitchen management in a high volume, full service establishment is required. This position is full time and includes a competitive salary and benefits package.
