Rosebud – Line Cook

Rosebud is looking for a passionate, talented, and ambitious line cook to join our culinary team within the Alpine Restaurant Group. Located in Somerville,their kitchen provides a high-energy work environment with a diverse and ever-changing menu focused on global cuisine. Their food is American at the core and influenced by Mediterranean, French, Thailand cuisines just to name a few. They source local products and use a variety of cooking techniques.

Duties include:

  • Daily food preparation
  • Cooking food with a variety of cooking techniques
  • Being responsible for your station’s food preparation, cleanliness, and prep lists

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, attentive to detail, and great at multitasking. Candidates need at least 1 year cooking experience. They must lead by example and show a willingness to learn and grow. Applicants must be committed and willing to put in the effort to create great food each and every day. Candidates will be asked to do a day-long stage.
