The Terrace at The Charlotte Inn Relais & Chateaux is in its fifth decade as an internationally renowned destination on Martha’s Vineyard where. The elegant, conservatory-style dining room is filled with polished silver and brass antiques, Limoges china, and fresh flowers. The Terrace is the island’s only true fine-dining restaurant, tucked away on a quiet side street downtown. The Terrace utilizes the finest ingredients both locally and from around the world. Whether it is by flickering candlelight or beneath the stars on the patio enclosed by ivy-covered lattice, there is no more elegant setting in which to enjoy the evening repast. Currently seeking a Sous Chef, this is a full-time or part-time position, and the role entails helping the executive chef with supervising the kitchen, restaurant, and staff. Experience in BOH or a fine-dining atmosphere is preferred. The Terrace comfortably does an average of about 50 covers a night, so there is a necessity for precision, excellence, and determination for every guest to have a memorable & first-class experience. Tremendous possibility for growth in company. We do provide housing.
