Chef Marc Orfaly of Navy Yard Hospitality will open ReelHouse Oyster Bar at Hub Hall in the TD Garden this March! The concept is a casual, concise, and approachable version of their popular waterfront restaurants ReelHouse East Boston and ReelHouse Marina Bay.
The menu will focus on raw bar and charcuterie while featuring some of its’ signature dishes. These include Smoked Trout Toast, Seafood Charcuterie, Tuna Poke, Clam Ceviche and of course a heavy rotation of local oysters and shellfish.
They are looking to hire a full time Kitchen Manager to help facilitate food operations and execute a fresh, quality, consistent menu at ReelHouse Oyster Bar. Candidates should have prior restaurant / fast casual experience and are knowledgeable in food safety and handling, ordering, portion control, service, hiring, and training.
