ReelHouse Marina Bay is a 200-seat waterfront restaurant with a large outdoor patio overlooking the marina. Navy Yard Hospitality Group Culinary Director Marc Orfaly brings 20 years of experience to our kitchens and oversees the food programs at all of our locations; Pier 6, Mija Cantina, and ReelHouse.
The Front of House Manager is passionate about food, service, and hospitality. The manager is a problem solver with a strong work ethic and leadership skills. You will have an active role in working with the management team to ensure the restaurant is operating at a high level during dining service. Your role will also include recruiting, training, and assisting in the hiring of FOH staff. You will implement training guidelines to ensure staff is knowledgeable about our food and beverage programs. As a manager, you will ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all licensing, health, and safety guidelines. This is a general scope of your job duties and there may be additional responsibilities.
