REAL is opening on March 25, 2019 and they are looking for a line cook and a server to add to their team..
REAL is a 65-seat/ 95 in season upscale, casual restaurant located in Lincoln Station in Lincoln, MA that emphasizes cooking with the seasons and inspired twists on classic and contemporary dishes. REAL is the first venture for veteran hospitality professionals Tom Fosnot and Ruth-Anne Adams, who have worked at some of Boston’s most storied restaurants such as Rialto, Clio, Casablanca, Hamersley’s Bistro and, for the last 8 years, at The Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton. The restaurant will be open 7-days a week and serve dinner, Sunday brunch and feature a full bar as well as a 3-season patio.
Applicants should have a passion for food and restaurants. Some experienced preferred, but positive attitude, mature demeanor and , most importantly, sense of humor are required. The desire to be a part of a new venture while working and learning from a hands-on chef is also a consideration.
The shifts will be from 1pm to 10pm, but they can be flexible with scheduling.
