REAL is opening in March, 2019. REAL is a 65-seat/ 95 in season upscale, casual restaurant located in Lincoln Station in Lincoln, MA that emphasizes cooking with the seasons and inspired twists on classic and contemporary dishes. REAL is the first venture for veteran hospitality professionals Tom Fosnot and Ruth-Anne Adams, who have worked at some of Boston’s most storied restaurants such as Rialto, Clio, Casablanca, Hamersley’s Bistro and, for the last 8 years, at The Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton. The restaurant will be open 7-days a week and serve dinner, Sunday brunch and feature a full bar as well as a 3-season patio.
They are interviewing for cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, servers and bartenders. Positions are full time or part time. Starting rates for cooks and dishwashers is $15 to $19 depending on experience.
Applicants should have an interest in food and a willingness to work as part of a team. They value restaurant experience, but they also prioritize friendly and positive attitudes that contribute to a pleasant work environment.
