Raleigh is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the team. The Sous Chef should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a scratch kitchen, and ideally some butchery and bread experience. The Sous Chef should have a genuine love of food and hospitality.
Raleigh serves dinner Tuesday-Sunday and brunch Saturday-Sunday.
