Raleigh Wine Bar + Eatery – Sous Chef

Raleigh is a downtown Portsmouth restaurant with Modern New England cuisine, natural wines, craft beers, and classic cocktails. Raleigh has an all- scratch kitchen and uses local produce, local whole animals, and specialty products.

Raleigh is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join the team. The Sous Chef should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a scratch kitchen, and ideally some butchery and bread experience. The Sous Chef should have a genuine love of food and hospitality.

Raleigh serves dinner Tuesday-Sunday and brunch Saturday-Sunday.

Salary: $35-45k
