Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar, located at Boston Landing, is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage professional to join their team! This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with guests in the Restaurant & Bar area. The Restaurant Manager should possess a strong passion for elevating the guest’s experience, while acting as a liaison between the Bar and Dining Room, providing exceptional and knowledgeable service.
Responsibilities will include; leading the daily operation and floor management, ensuring staff is trained, engaging in ongoing development of the Bar and FOH Team, as well as supporting the improvements to quality, service and operations.
Ideal candidates will have at least three (3) or more years of strong Restaurant & Bar Management experience in a Full-Service restaurant.
