Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar – Lead Hosts

They are seeking candidates who are looking for an excellent opportunity to grow within the Restaurant Industry! Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar is seeking a Lead Host/Hostess to join their team. The position will be responsible for leading the flow of the restaurant, while engaging their guests with warmth and a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates must have at least two (2) or more years of upscale, full-service restaurant experience, to include knowledge of food and wine.

Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: overseeing the flow of their busy door with confidence and warmth, while managing and monitoring the reservations book. The Lead Host/Hostess will assist the team in delivering on the preferences of regular guests, and ensuring there is a constant dialogue with the Kitchen before and during service for all guests.
