Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar, located at Boston Landing is seeking a passionate Culinary professional to join their team in the position of Executive Chef! The Executive Chef will lead the Restaurant’s Culinary Team, working tirelessly to maintain quality in food and work environment. This position is responsible for creating and contributing to the menu’s appeal by creating dishes tailored to local and regional tastes. The Executive Chef will strive to reflect Rail Stop’s commitment to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast collection of the freshest quality seafood and local ingredients.
Responsibilities will include; hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and mentoring the Kitchen team, while administering policies and procedures. The Executive Chef will create weekly specials based upon the freshest ingredients, updating the menu seasonally.
Ideal candidates will have at least four (4) years of progressive Culinary Management experience, with at least two (2) years of Executive Chef experience in a Full-Service Restaurant.
