Puritan Oyster Bar – Sous Chef

We are now accepting applications for sous chef candidates to join the Puritan Hospitality Group and be a part of a new opening in Inman Square, Puritan Oyster Bar. Puritan Oyster Bar is a New England raw bar with a focus on local seafood and modern-American cuisine. The ideal candidate is self motivated and detail oriented.

Puritan & Company is a restaurant from Chef Will Gilson and his team in Cambridge’s Inman sq. Serving Modern-American, seasonal New England cuisine. At Puritan & Company we believe in work/life balance and provide an environment of learning and growth while giving ample time off. We treat our staff like family!

Candidates should be passionate about food, farming, working with local produce, and executing hand crafted dishes with focused precision and creativity.

Applicant should have a committed work ethic and a passion for the industry, as well as a desire to grow and learn in a dynamic, seasonal restaurant.
