Punch Bowl, a new, chef-driven concept in a brand new hotel opening in April, is looking for a dynamic, highly skilled, career minded individual with a passion for hospitality interested in a unique opportunity in the restaurant industry. Work with a team to manage and operate a restaurant, function facility, fine dining restaurant and self serve market kiosk.
Responsible for support with all daily aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, event implementation and overseeing, labor costs and inventories; also responsible for the daily management of the floor. Supports the owners with leadership of the restaurant. Opportunity to oversee sister restaurant, La Morra, located a block away. A minimum of 2 years experience in a fine dining establishment required. In addition, one year management experience required. Looking for someone competent with word processing, Numbers/Excel as well as experience with Social Media & Resy a plus. Must be organized, energetic and have strong communication and customer service skills.
